Support for regional management in the planning and management of the region and associated regular travel activities to the facilities in NRW, Niedersachsen and Bremen as well as to the Munich headquarters Contact person for enquiries from institutions and departments of the office Development of decision and presentation templates Coordinating, compiling and preparing information and documentation for the preparation of events and organisation visits Working up and working on financial planning and controlling in the region Support in ensuring quality standards within the framework of the Children's Protection Action Plan Support in controlling the process-oriented work-up of child protection cases Support for child rights-based concept development and quotation planning in the region

Higher education in the fields (social/health) Education, Social Management, Health and Social Sciences In-depth knowledge and qualification in the field of child rights-based child protection Professional experience in child and youth assistance and knowledge of local and country-specific structures structured thinking, good representation in word and writing as well as the ability to connect educational content with human and economic objectives Embossed active communication capability Engagement, high social competence, leadership understanding and organisational skills readiness to travel within Germany
