Intensive support for participants in practical work in training Promoting workability and social and emotional stabilisation of participants Guidance and accompaniment of activity-oriented work and training processes taking into account individual resources and objectives Advice on ergonomic and health-friendly work and prevention of work-related burdens Co-responsibility for the social structure in training establishments Participation in individual and group talks with the accompanying services (Team Management/Measurement Manager) of BTZ Dortmund at the participant support Compilation of expert opinions Hospitations and internships incl. Coordination of formalities Support for applications Participation in support plan discussions Implementation of assessments and training programmes in individual and group settings Documentation of relevant training data in the internal computer program and in the manual Participation in the further development of ergotherapeutic promotions

a degree in Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d) Professional experience in rehabilitation desirable Experience in working with mentally ill people desirable Willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation a high level of self-sufficiency, reliability, teamability and empathy Safe handling of standard software products (MS-Office) driving licence class B
