At the next possible time, an accountant (m/w/d) for the company location in Lübeck is searched for indefinitely, in full or part time. In this position, you are primarily responsible for proper, timely and transparent accounting in the daily business with a focus on debitors, creditors and bank bookings. You also support the completion (HGB) and in asset accounting.

Own processing of debitor and creditor accounting Booking and voting of bank accounts Examination, confirmation and booking of current business transactions Monitoring of open items and clarification of differences Voting accounts, debitors and creditors Maintenance and management of accounting-relevant master data Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB) Participation in bookings in plant accounting Close cooperation with internal departments and external contacts

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on financial accounting, accounting or tax First to multi-year professional experience in accounting, preferably in the areas of debitors, creditors and banks Safe handling of the principles of proper accounting (GoB) and experience in the digital processing of invoices (testing, confirmation and booking) Knowledge of accounting, dunning and ideally accounting Understanding cross-sectoral processes (purchasing, sales, accounting) and medium-sized structures in the trade environment are advantageous Structured, careful and independent operation Discretion as well as binding and friendly communication Learning and Hands-on-Mentality Safe handling of ERP systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office programs, especially Excel German language skills in word and writing
