You process technical inquiries about our customer-specific simulator solutions - both internally and externally. As part of customer projects, you will advise users to optimally use our systems and support internal teams in technical issues. When using the proprietary simulation software (LiSIM) you provide technical support - remotely or directly with the customer. Customer-specific projects support you from technical coordination to successful implementation. The design and commissioning of the simulators are done by you both at the location and directly at the customer worldwide. You work in a dedicated, young team that appreciates their own initiative, sense of responsibility and customer orientation.

You have completed training in the technical field or in the IT field. A good feel for hardware and software, combined with solid IT skills to operating systems and network technology, will bring you along. Ideally, you have first experience in dealing with BIOS firmware and their configuration. Your high level of readiness allows you to work quickly into new systems and technologies. You have good English skills in word and writing, which you use in international customer contact. Their work is characterised by self-responsibility, care and technical interest. Travel readiness for worldwide operations (about 20%) completes your profile.
