Your challenge to us

• Guides, introductions and taxes of your cleaning teams incl. Application planning and documentation
• Quality assurance, performance control incl. Documentation
• Processing of customer complaints and order changes
• Creation of proof of working hours of cleaning staff for pay billing

Its area is the Bremen and Oldenburg area.

To convince us

• Less than one year experience in the food industry or service management (e.g. building cleaning)
• PC knowledge (MS Office) and basic commercial knowledge
• Car driver's license
• layer readiness (incl. night shift)
• Good knowledge of German
• customer orientation, empathy and pragmatism
