Finance & Bookings DATEV: You are sure to book according to DATEV standard and keep all transactions on track. Invoicing: You'll set up initial invoices, check input invoices and make sure you pay for timely payments. Account management: You monitor payment inputs, check account statements and ensure clean accounting. Digital credit cards: You keep all transactions in mind, balance them with account statements and book everything correctly and in time. Financial statements & reporting Monthly & Annual Financial Statements: You take care of monthly financial statements (including reports to the tax office), supported by annual financial statements and provide documents for tax advisors and management. Asset management: You keep open items in sight and make it charming that payments flow. Organization & Interfaces Communication: You are a contact person for our departments, customers and tax advisors. Documentation: You are structuring and writing your processes comprehensible and efficient.

Qualification & Experience Training: You are a tax specialist or commercial and have completed the audited accountant (IHK). Experience: You have two years of professional experience in financial accounting, in particular in the debitor and creditor accounting of a medium-sized company or in a tax office with corresponding mandates. Digital environment: You have experience in digitally advanced companies, are safe with various tools and know hybrid processes as well as clear team structures. Tools: You have knowledge of DATEV company online and DATEV mid-level factura. English: You can get good English in word and writing.
