Our 14-member Business Process Management department is part of the Change Delivery section and actively shapes the future of our bank. As a specialist:in process management with a focus on organization and instruction, you take the following tasks: Further development of instruction: You support the team in the further development of our process-oriented teaching system - with the aim of a consistent, value-flow-oriented process architecture and modern modeling conventions that create real value for the bank. Technical advice: As a specialist contact person for our specialist areas, you are consulted, acting as a Sparring partner in questions of content and promoting a valuable and trusting cooperation with fine feeling. Quality Assurance Instructions: You make an important contribution to quality assurance by taking into account, for example, a complete, consistent and conflict-free design of our teaching system and creating clarity and reliability for all stakeholders.
