Process Management Specialist - Organization and Instruction (m/f/d)

Our 14-member Business Process Management department is part of the Change Delivery section and actively shapes the future of our bank. Over our three locations, we are responsible not only for the future-proof design and documentation of our processes, but also for their continuous improvement in terms of risk, quality and efficiency. In addition, we ensure a MaRisk-compliant design of the teaching system.

Our goal: a process-oriented organization that focuses on customer and user orientation. For this, we develop our process architecture, process modeling and the usability of our teaching system consistently. As a central competence center for process management, we work closely with our GRC units (Governance, Risk & Compliance) to optimally meet regulatory requirements and set new impulses. As a specialist:in process management with a focus on organization and instruction, you take the following tasks: Further development of instruction: You support the team in the further development of our process-oriented teaching system - with the aim of a consistent, value-flow-oriented process architecture and modern modeling conventions that create real value for the bank. Technical advice: As a specialist contact person for our specialist areas, you are consulted, acting as a Sparring partner in questions of content and promoting a valuable and trusting cooperation with fine feeling. Quality Assurance Instructions: You make an important contribution to quality assurance by taking into account, for example, a complete, consistent and conflict-free design of our teaching system and creating clarity and reliability for all stakeholders. BPM software operation: You support the operational operation and the further development of our Business Process Management Software (BPM) iGrafx and focus on the usability of the application. Knowledge transfer: In addition, the address-oriented processing and communication of information, for example in the form of FAQs, tutorials or trainings, is part of your task to best support our colleagues. Reporting and evaluations: You support the development of meaningful reports and evaluations, including iGrafx, and provide valuable basis for the further development of our processes.

You have experience in process-oriented teaching or organization management. You bring experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and have ideally already worked with GRC units. Experiences from the banking environment, the financial services industry, advice or auditing are advantageous. Very good knowledge of how to use a BPM software (e.g. iGrafx, BIC, Adonis or Signavio) as well as in the modelling according to BPMN 2.0 you are characterized. You have already worked in classic and/or agile projects; you are familiar with the respective methods without being a project management specialist. You can safely master the German language in word and writing (at least C1) and ideally have good English skills (B2). You bring a distinct technical affinity with you and have the pleasure not only to understand technical requirements, but also to translate them into practical, technically feasible solutions. With your open way and your sense of address-oriented communication, you can present complex topics transparently and thus create a common understanding. You think in a solution-oriented manner, speak unclearness at an early stage and thus contribute decisively to constructive cooperation.
