Tasks • Friendly welcome and instruction of our patients:inside – you are the first respondent in practice • Ensuring smooth practice • Planning, coordination and administration of appointments • Implementation of recall and memory management • Processing and tracking of cure and cost plans • Patient management and data management in our practice software • Written and telephone correspondence and general office activities

Profile • Completed training as dental professionals (ZFA) • Good knowledge of dental medicine • Experience in the advice and support ofpatient:inside • Careful operation • Safe and sovereign appearance in dealing with patients: • Affinity for digital processes – in dealing with our practical software we train you • Fun at work in the team • Ggfs. first experience in billing – no need
