Strategic Buyer - Engine Components (m/f/d)

As a strategic buyer (m/w/d) for Engine Components, you are driving innovation, negotiating at eye level and actively shaping the future of our engines.

Strategy Responsibility: You develop and implement a long-term purchasing strategy for engine components (B&C Commodity) to ensure our competitiveness. Negotiations & Savings: You identify savings potentials and conduct independent price and contract negotiations with suppliers. Contract management: You negotiate and tax framework and multiannual price agreements and continuously opt for the contractual conditions. Market & Competition Analysis: You run benchmarks, analyze trends and evaluate new technologies as well as suppliers. Cost management: You analyze cost structures and implement measures to reduce costs. Supplier Management: You build long-term partnerships, carry out reviews and develop your suppliers. Projects: You are actively working on cross-sector projects, such as process optimization and product introduction. Ready to co-design the future? Then we look forward to you!

Studies in BWL, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Negotiating skills, enforcing ability and a pronounced cost awareness Strong analytical skills and structured working Very good English skills in word and writing Technical understanding, ideally in the field of motor technology Self-employed, team-oriented working Secure handling of SAP and MS Office readiness to travel (national and international) So you bring the right skills and motivation to start with us!
