This expects you as a nursing specialist

• basic and treatment care for patients in their home environment – individually and professionally adapted to the needs of patients
• Implementation of wound management and care according to medical requirements
• Creation and adaptation of care plans
• Preparation, control and administration of medicines in accordance with medical regulation
• Consultation of patients and relatives in nursing and health issues and support in dealing with chronic diseases

You bring this as a care professional

• Educational nursing (m/w/d) or health care (m/w/d)
• Finded experience in outpatient care and knowledge of current nursing standards
• sensitivity and respect in dealing with patients and their relatives
