Project Staff Energy Efficiency/ Energy Monitoring (m/f/d)

You acquire and select partner companies, accept practical requirements and document them (assessment, system description, processes, input parameters). You analyze existing measuring systems for material and heat flows, identify vulnerabilities and prepare the results and represent them. You research market, legal and funding (including reporting obligations, CO2 price, energy monitoring) and derive requirements for (supportable) measurement systems. You design and conduct a member survey (question sheet), evaluate the results and derive key requirements from practice. You create and maintain a specifications, evaluate and weight the requirements in coordination with the project partners. You contribute to the development of a measurement and demonstration concept (including demo application at the Dresden Chamber of Crafts). You design, test and finalize a training and workshop concept, prepare it didactically and create training documents. You plan workshops/training and carry out these, take over public relations (incl. closing event) as well as work on reporting and project accounting.

You have a completed (professional) degree course e.g. in energy, environmental or process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable. You are interested in energy efficiency, energy monitoring and measurement and data acquisition in production processes. You ideally have experience in project management and in cooperation with companies and network partners. You are able to evaluate complex situations in a structured manner and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner (analysis, guides, training documents). You enjoy communication, moderation and networking as well as organizing events. You work responsibly, structured, independent and reliable. You are safe to use common office applications (especially Excel/PowerPoint); Experience in data analysis/visualization is desirable. You are team-ready, service-oriented and motivated to work into a wide range of topics. Driving licence class B and readiness to travel in the region are of advantage.

The Dresden Chamber of Crafts is oriented towards remuneration, holiday entitlements and pension provision at the TVöD. Working hours can be flexibly designed in the context of the current working time regulations. There is a bistro and free parking at the Dresden site. At the same time, it is possible to use the German ticket as a job ticket model and prevention offers within the company's health management. .
