in our workshop at the Johanniter-Stift Dortmund (Am Marksbach 32, 44269 Dortmund) with a weekly working time of 30 hours/week and enrich the life of our residents.

Your tasks:

• Food production of cold and hot meals according to recipe
• Designing and implementing the menu plan
• Disposition of goods, control and storage
• compliance with hygiene measures according to HACCP standards, as well as occupational safety regulations
• Support in the creation of schedules and inventory
