Implementation of inspection rounds to safeguard the operator's obligations and ensure proper plant operation Function control and maintenance of supply and disposal systems Own implementation of small-scale repairs to quickly eliminate disturbances Monitoring, coordination and acceptance of subcontractors in compliance with quality and safety requirements Use of your strong communication and organizational capabilities for coordination with customers, service providers and internal interfaces Support for opening and dismantling events in the property Processing and documentation of all relevant operations via an app on a mobile device

Complete training in the technical field, e.g. heating/ventilation/climate/sanitary (HLKS), electric or refrigeration/air conditioning Professional experience in technical building management or in a comparable position desirable Good expertise in maintenance, maintenance and operation of building equipment Impressed Service and Responsibility Consciousness as well as an independent, structured manner High commitment, team capacity and secure communication in handling customers and service providers Ready to work with mobile devices (app use) and digital documentation of activities Good knowledge of German in word and writing
