Manager Cyber Security (m/f/d)

You will become the hub of the IT department, where all the paths in questions of safety and IT risks lead to you. With a secure feel and strategic vision, you master your tasks in the First Line of Defense (1LOD) and work hand in hand with the Second Line of Defense (2LOD) to identify and evaluate the information security and IT risks of Helaba Invest. Their creative energy flows into the continuous development of our IT security architecture by designing innovative security measures and accompanying their implementation in diverse projects. Your advice is invaluable to the departments and IT when it comes to risk-reducing measures. With passion and expertise, you drive forward the evolution of our processes around the ITIL framework and are ready as a central IT contact point for audits of any kind.

Its academic career includes a successfully completed study of in­for­mation, business informatics, business management or related natural science, ideally with a focus on information/IT security or IT risk management. Alternatively, you have a comparable degree and have laid a solid foundation through your professional experience as Information Security Officer or Revisor. You have well-founded experience in IT security or IT risk management, ideally acquired in the 1st or 2nd Line of Defense of a financial service company, a bank, an asset manager, an audit firm or IT security consultancy. You are familiar with IT standards and best practices such as Cobit, ISO 20000 and ITIL and have general programming knowledge and know-how in Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Azure, PL/SQL and relational database systems. Your expertise in the field of information security according to ISO 2700x and the NIST Cyber Security Framework is excellent, as well as your understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector. Your structured and forward-looking work and your analytical skills are characterized. You point through your communication skills, your customer orientation and your targeted action. Your very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
