Processing of telephone and written customer requests as well as taking over the pre-court telephone collection in the B2B area You manage an independent task and maintain key accounts Takeover of the administrative settlement of open claims in Greece Processing of disputes and accompanying file processing including the management of re-proposals and care of customer data Communication with debtors, customers, colleagues and third parties You check documents for procedures and take over other general administrative activities

A completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a lawyer (m/w/d), alternatively a comparable qualification You have experience in the B2B debt collection area and ideally also have European debt collection skills Very good knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing We require a routined handling of the MS Office products High willingness to contact customers by telephone Binding communication, high self-organization and enforcement are among your strengths
