We are looking for a dedicated personnel (cost) controller (m/w/d). Analysis and management of personnel costs for scientific and administrative areas Creation of forecasts, budgets and target-actual comparisons Advising the Institute Management and project managers on cost developments Participation in personnel planning and management Further development of controlling instruments and reporting processes Participation in the implementation of digitalization projects in the area of payroll accounting and personnel controlling

Complete studies in the field of business management, controlling, finance or comparable Multiannual experience in cost or personnel controlling, ideally in public service or research environment Secure handling of MS Excel and controlling tools (e.g. SAP, BI systems) Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and structured working Communication strength and ability to render complex facts understandable High flexibility in adhoc queries
