Head of one of the operating units (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees and report to the management of the competence center. You are responsible for the promotion and coaching of the employees (regular feedback talks, further development) and plans to involve new employees. You analyze the controlling results, determine the need for action and implement them. You organize and optimise internal business processes within the framework of a continuous optimization process. You design efficient and future-oriented workflows and support tasks in daily business. You continuously check the quality of your results and exchange intensively with the supervised branches. You design and coordinate existing and new projects and take over the disciplinary project management.

You have a completed vocational training with the Banker (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification. You can demonstrate at least a 5-year activity in the banking sector – preferably in a leadership role. You are safe in the application of MS Office products and Outlook. Good knowledge of the use of Avaloq is desirable but not a prerequisite. You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills, a quick understanding and high resilience and flexibility. Motivational and team skills, good self- and time management, self-initiative and communication strength are required for an independent working and for your work in the team.
