Our team, consisting of 18 employees, is engaged within the supply chain with the product groups pipe assemblies, binding elements, springs, sheets, rubber metal connections and elastomers. In order to further strengthen our expertise in the field of elastomers, we are looking for an experienced project manager (m/w/x) who knows very well in this area.

Key position in complex technology projects in the field of elastomers through the responsibility for planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting of procurement projects as well as controlling the supplier interface

Monitoring and coordination of supplier selection in complex procurement procedures

Monitoring and monitoring of measures taken by the supplier to synchronize its development and production processes for components with its own production process

systematic organisation and coordination of internal and external stakeholders and their operational execution

Providing and agreeing methods and tools for structured cooperation with suppliers

technical responsibility for cross-functional teams at the interface to external partners as part of one or more procurement projects, close cooperation with specialist representatives from development, quality, logistics and commercial purchasing

a successful completion at a university in a technical or scientific field

comprehensive professional experience, in particular in the field of elastomers such as FKM and FFKM

deep knowledge of project management preferably for complex procurement projects and in cooperation with suppliers

a structured and methodical way of working with the aim of constantly improving work processes

Skills in the social field, team skills, communication skills, persuasiveness and enforcement

knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as the readiness for short missions
