You are the link that leads our mobile projects through all rollout phases – from commissioning to concept development and planning to installation, integration and acceptance. All activities will work with you so that the rollout works smoothly. You proactively ensure that appointments are adhered to and projects run according to plan.
You recognize deviations immediately and carry out target, plan and actual analyses to keep the project success in mind at any time. Problems and risks are not obstacles for you, but exciting challenges that you identify early and master with creative solutions. Regular reporting in our tools is for you as well as clear and transparent communication with all project participants.
