Financial control & controlling Responsibility for operational planning, cost and budget management and participation in multiannual planning Further development of interest surplus, earnings and scenario analyses Creation of central control indicators and commission evaluations Expansion of business field and product segment accounts Close cooperation with Treasury, Controlling and General Bank Control in the further development of an integrated control architecture Accounting & financial statements Responsibility for the annual financial statements according to HGB Ensuring proper accounting Coordination with auditors and further development of accounting processes Regulatory reporting Savings of all supervisory reporting requirements Monitoring regulatory developments and their implementation Cooperation with external partners and associations Risk Management & General Bank Control Analysis and management of essential risks (address, market price, liquidity, operational risks) Further development of integrated overall bank control Impetus to further develop the banking strategy in the context of opportunities-risk ratio Risk Strategy & Risk Management Further development of risk strategy in line with business strategy Responsibility for ICAAP and ILAAP Ensuring regulatory requirements (MaRisk, CRR, KWG) Risk inventory, control & communication Implementation of risk inventory and evaluation and communication of all essential risks Creation of address-oriented management reports Monitoring and active exchange with supervisors, auditors and internal stakeholders Leadership & Transformation Professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team of 14 employees Building a culture of transparency, self-responsibility and readiness to change Active role in the Bank’s transformation process – focusing on digitalization, integrated control and systemic further development Promoting cross-group risk culture

You have many years of experience in the field of general banking/business management and are responsible for the integrated management of balance sheet, GuV, risk, capital and supervisory reporting. In addition, you will bring well-founded finance and leadership experience in the banking or banking environment as well as a strong understanding of business relationships and their integration into risk management.
