Team Leiter Lagerlogistik & Warenmanagement (m/w/d) - home24 Möbel-Outlet Hannover

You take over the operational and strategic management of the warehouse in the outlet and ensure smooth operations You coordinate and monitor the delivery of goods – from acceptance to construction to placement on the sales area You control and optimize the return area for packaged goods and large furniture You organize the construction as well as the preparation of the furniture for the sales area and also pack your own You create the schedules for your warehouse team and promote a positive, motivating working climate Using relevant KPIs (e.g. throughput times, return rate) you control the warehouse, analyze the efficiency and guide appropriate measures for deviations You bring your own ideas to continuously improve our processes and work environment In close cooperation with the location and sales management, you regularly tune to ensure optimal gearing of warehouse and sales area

You bring multi-year professional experience in logistics or crafts, ideally in furniture or retail You've already managed teams and it's fun to motivate and further develop your employees You are an organizational institution with a structured, independent working and a pronounced hand-on mentality You are strong in communication, enjoy working with different departments and understand how to control processes using key figures You critically question existing processes, get active and have good IT skills
