In the role as a production worker (m/w/d), you are an indispensable part of the team responsible for the production of high-quality products. You will work in a dynamic environment where you can demonstrate your skills and flexibility. Your area of responsibility includes supporting the production process, operating machines and performing important quality controls. With your support, you will ensure that our product is continuously and efficiently produced and contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers. You work closely with experienced colleagues who are at your side with advice and action.

• You support the production line in the production of products.
• You serve and monitor the production machines.
• You carry out quality controls to ensure highest standards.
• You help with cleaning and maintenance of production facilities.
• You work closely with the team to reach the day targets.

We are looking for

In order to work successfully as a production worker (m/w/d), you should ideally have first experiences in the production environment. However, your commitment, reliability and ability to work in the team are much more important. We are looking for motivated personalities who are willing to learn new things and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Ideally, you have first experience in production.
• You bring the ability to capture technical relationships quickly.
• You are reliable and work conscientiously.
• You can work and communicate well in the team.
• You have the willingness to shift work.
