Profile:✓ Complete training in electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification ✓ Ideally knowledge in the field of photovoltaics, charging infrastructure or energy systems ✓ Technical understanding of network technology, remote control technology and digital communication systems ✓ Safe handling of common PC applications and the willingness to work into new software solutions ✓ Knowledge in the civil engineering of advantage ✓ Structured, self-responsive working methods as well as pronounced service and customer orientation

Tasks:✓ You monitor plant operation, analyze disturbances and initiate appropriate measures to correct errors ✓ As a technical contact, you can support our service technicians as well as customers in commissioning and in operation ✓ You coordinate service operations in coordination with the project and construction management and prepare them technically ✓ You're planning system documentation, configuration data and service reports in the corresponding IT systems
