Organisation and coordination of the head physician area including scheduling, re-preparation and preparation of meetings Central communicative interface between chief physician, staff of the clinic, other areas of the house and external contact persons Coordination of our patient recordings: Organization of the dates for the indication examination and coordination with patients, instructors and the treatment teams Preparation and monitoring of meetings including protocol management and compliance of agreements Support for the organisation of internal clinical processes and their structured documentation and further development Organisation of our continuing and continuing training events – from scheduling and invitation to attend the event Support of the chief physician in organizational tasks, projects, correspondence and external contacts General administrative and written tasks, in so far as You arise within the scope of activity

a completed commercial, administrative or comparable training Joy of communication, organization and independent work a friendly and safe appearance as well as a good feeling for different people and situations the ability to keep an overview, to set priorities and to communicate bindingly even with many simultaneous concerns discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility very good oral and written expressiveness safe handling of the common office applications Professional experience in healthcare or in a comparable Assistance function is advantageous, but no compelling requirement
