• Competent and professional advice of customers
• Presentation of the goods and equipment of the sales area
• Control of stock
• Continuous freshness controls as well as keeping the department clean
• Correct price marking of the goods

• Ideally a commercial vocational training, preferably in food retail, or first professional experience in the field of bakery, e.g. as a seller
• Good knowledge of bakery products is a plus
• Enthusiasm for trade
• Customer orientation and joy in dealing with people
• Service readiness, sense of responsibility and time flexibility
