Machine operation: independent installation, operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment in assembly according to production specifications Material supply: testing, provision and, where appropriate, management of raw materials, auxiliaries and operating materials Production standards: ensuring compliance with all requirements regarding product quality, work safety, cleanliness and documentation of production processes Quality control: testing, marking, marking and, where appropriate, product complaints Order processing: independent processing of work orders on the respective machines according to the processing plan Documentation: Computer-assisted recording, acceptance and transfer of orders and complete documentation of production steps Team support: Professional guidance and support for production helpers:inside and apprentices Layer communication: Clear transfer and coordination during shift change and acquisition of special tasks as required

Qualification: Successful completion of vocational training with a technical or craft focus Experience: Multiannual, relevant professional experience with deepened expertise and skills in similar activities IT knowledge: Good IT skills Knowledge: knowledge of production processes and their processes, ideally in the production of technical materials Staplerschein desirable Shiftwork: willingness to shiftwork according to the company's requirements Language skills: Very good German knowledge
