Creation of budget plans and preparation and transmission of figures to management Monitoring of order requirements, orders, invoices, bookings and provisions, support in project documentation Responsibility for planning, monitoring and updating the budget required for the project in a transparent and structured manner Budget calculation and application of project budgets with regard to project requirements and cost standards, preparation of detailed cost plans Monitor the implementation of coordinated plans/budgets

A pronounced understanding of figures, analytical and process-oriented thinking 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in controlling Funded knowledge in DATEV, very good MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel High level of discretion, flexibility and loyalty as well as durability and self-employment Knowledge of financial planning, liquidity planning and cost and performance accounting Team-oriented and at the same time enjoying independent, independent working
