Quality Management Staff (m/f/d)

Co-responsibility for achieving the location and group-related goals. Developing, optimizing and implementing measures to achieve objectives in close cooperation with the persons of the respective responsibility area. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards Examination of compliance with legal regulations (e.g. food law, hygiene regulations) Care and further development of the quality management system Support for internal and external audits Preparation and monitoring of certifications (e.g. IFS Food, QS system, HACCP) Evaluation of quality indicators and production of reports Monitoring compliance with hygiene and production requirements Organization and initiation of microbiological and chemical investigations Participation in the Cause Analysis of Quality Deviations Training and instruction of employees on quality and hygiene topics Communication with customers, suppliers and authorities on quality topics Control of the labelling and declaration of meat products Ensuring traceability and monitoring/care of electronic source databases (f-TRACE/Osapiens)

Successfully completed subject-specific studies as well as many years of professional experience in quality management of food production or a comparable professional qualification Knowledge of an activity in a food producing company Extensive expertise in quality management in the food sector or meat production Representative expertise in management systems (IFS, QS, ISO, BIO, FSSC22000) Specialized knowledge in food law, food safety Representative expertise in HACCP Comprehensive process understanding Impressed social skills and enforcement Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High IT affinity Analytical, targeted and independent way of working and thinking is a prerequisite
