Operational preparation, planning, control and monitoring of the use of the BIM method in external infrastructure projects Consultation and support of project teams in defining BIM objectives, applications and BIM compliant project processes Creation of project-specific client information requirements (AIA) and testing of BIM processing plans (BAP) Quality assurance of digital delivery and technical models as well as BIM technical approval of milestone data Establishment and administration of common data environments (CDE) for BIM projects Support for knowledge transfer and participation in the implementation and further development of BIM standards and processes in the field

Successfully completed engineering studies (Diplom/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification Comprehensive knowledge in building information modeling (BIM) Multiannual professional experience in a relevant field Experience in the application of BIM processes in planning and infrastructure projects Knowledge of the testing, coordination and quality assurance of digital BIM supplies

That would be desirable: Experiences with BIM design software, for example Allplan or Vestra Experience in handling IFC viewers and coordination software, such as BIMcollab Zoom or DESITE Knowledge of how to deal with common data environments (CDE) and digital project data Knowledge of administrative procedures
