We are looking for a coordinator in SGB IX Integration Assistance (m/w/d) at the Department of Social Affairs for Central Administration at the next possible time The Department of Social Affairs organizes the services of the youth and social assistance of the city of Ulm as part of a social-space-oriented concept. The central administration supports the social spaces and ensures uniform and targeted management of the administrative processes. In this function, a central technical coordination and support role is taken over within the material processing of the performance parole according to SGB IX. The focus of the activity is on ensuring a uniform, legally secure and efficient processing. Together with an experienced team, expertise and social spaces are supported in complex social issues, standards and procedures are further developed and the quality of the legal application in integration aid is guaranteed. A separate case processing is not carried out in this function. Payment is made up to the payment group 11 or the payment group S17 TVöD-SuE with a temporary allowance until 31.12.2026 up to the payment group 12 or the payment group S18 TVöD-SuE or in the payment group A12. The body is currently in the evaluation process.

Your tasks: Ensuring the technical framework for a legal and efficient performance parole according to SGB IX technical support and coordination of social spaces in complex technical and legal issues Development, updating and quality assurance of standards, procedures and work aids Participation in the further development of social-space-oriented offers and projects professional support of opposition and judicial proceedings Cooperation with internal departments, social spaces and free institutions professional participation in selection procedures and subject-related voting processes

Your profile: Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Social Law, Law, Social Work or a Comparative Qualification multiannual practical experience in the performance parole according to SGB IX or in comparable social-law fields sound knowledge of social law, in particular SGB IX; Knowledge of social orientation is advantageous Ability to process complex technical and legal issues structured, solution-oriented and practical strong communication, cooperation and conflictability as well as safe occurrence and negotiation skills Experience in the technical coordination, advice or guidance of employees and in the handling of complex case constellations and opposition procedures is advantageous
