Motivating guidance of the entire service and bar team Planning, preparation and implementation of the standard daily business Ensuring smooth operation Control and continuous optimization of service standards and procedures Welcome, placement and support of our Munich and international guests Booking coordination Services Creation of action and season tickets Control, programming and maintenance of cash register systems Planning and supervision of the summer and winter garden Creation of the daily bill for restaurant & beer garden Operational planning and supervision of events and actions Monitoring quality standards Implementation and control of the inventory Compliance with statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP) Responsibility for the operating restaurant process

Completed gastronomic vocational training or comparable qualification Leadership experience in comparable positions Commitment and creativity Teamability and performance Security in dealing with the common cash register programs Very safe knowledge of German and English, further foreign language of advantage. Excellent sense of responsibility for guests and employees Professional and safe appearance, well-maintained appearance and good handling Quality awareness Fun at work
