In our premium support for our partners and direct customers, you are a Customer Support Consultant application support for the CAS CRM standard software products (including CAS genesisWorld, SmartWe, We.Network). In the 1st and 2nd level support, you carry out Cause Analysis and develop first ways of solving it. To solve the enquiries, you act as a competent link between customers and partners as well as our internal teams (support, development, product and project management). You'll start FAQ contributions as well as instructions and plead the knowledge database. You also look beyond the edge of the plate to create a comprehensive picture in complex situations.

You have completed an apprenticeship (e.g. a specialist informatics), a degree with IT background or you are a cross-editor with relevant professional experience.
