You carry out the ongoing accounting for rental properties, housing property communities (WEG) and special property administrations independently You book rental income, house payments and other current business transactions You monitor open positions and conduct the dunning You are voting property, bank and billing accounts Prepare operating costs and create these You create house money bills and economic plans and carry out checks and account voting in the context of ongoing accounting

You have a completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) You ideally have first or more years of professional experience in real estate accounting, house management or land and housing You have good knowledge of ongoing accounting and a safe handling of numbers You have knowledge of housing property law (WEG) and rental law that are desirable You are safe to use MS Office and ideally with DOMUS You work independently, structured and carefully and have a high sense of responsibility
