Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher

We are looking for reinforcement at the kitchen team of the Youth Hostel Düsseldorf.

We prepare the breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and evening buffet every day for our international guests, as well as a rich selection of snacks and snacks for the breaks of our meeting guests. If possible, everything is freshly baked, fried, cooked or prepared.

Your tasks

• cleaning of complete dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, as well as polishing and clearing.
• cleaning of the kitchen, kitchen, hallways and all other kitchen areas, utility cars or clearing cars.
• Cleaning of kitchen storage, dry storage
• acceptance of the delivered goods, as well as the clearance into the corresponding warehouses or refrigerated houses.
• Disposal of waste, food waste, cardboard, paper, porcelain break and glass break into the corresponding containers in the waste room
