ERP System Administrator (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Consumption and processing of fault messages: You enter incoming support requests, analyze the causes and provide a quick solution finding. Support in the introduction of the ERP system: You actively accompany the roll-out of new modules, help users move and ensure a structured data and process transfer. Management of user accounts and access rights: You set up new users, maintain authorization structures and monitor compliance with internal security policies. Communication and cooperation: You tune technical requirements with the developers, support system adjustments and contribute to the continuous optimization of the ERP system. Support of departments: You advise users in process questions, create training documents and accompany internal training. In addition, you work closely with the infrastructure team and support them if necessary.

Complete study of information technology, (economic) informatics, completed training as a specialist informant* or a similar qualification First professional experience with system administration of Windows systems Basic understanding of business processes and interfaces and their integration Strongly pronounced, analytical thinking

Not mandatory, but quite desirable: experience in working with ERP systems Knowledge of MS SQL, HTML and Java Script
