Total responsibility for production and purchasing within the group Control, planning and optimization of manufacturing processes (electronics, mechanics, assembly) Selection, evaluation and negotiation with suppliers and partners Ensuring quality, timeliness and cost control Leadership and development of the team in Production & Purchasing Close cooperation with management, development and sales

Technically: Complete technical or business studies (e.g. economic engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in production management or in comparable management position Knowledge of production planning, control and optimization Experience in strategic and operational purchasing Safe handling of ERP/MRP systems Knowledge of Lean Management, CVP, 5S or similar methods of advantage Experience in introducing and supporting new products (NPI) German language skills, good English skills Personal / Leadership: Embossed leadership and communication skills Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High self-initiative and decision-making Ability to pass on knowledge and develop employees Innovation joy and openness for new technologies Team-oriented and strong personality
