Project Manager / Project Management for Pharma EPCMv Projects (m/f/d)

For the successful implementation of major international projects in the process industry with project volumes up to the three-digit million range, we are looking for an experienced project manager. This top position includes the entire project and budget responsibility, the successful management of the project team and the ongoing communication with all stakeholders.

We are represented at over 35 locations, and the collaboration in remote teams is well established at VTU. For this position, an employment is provided at our locations in Penzberg, Bavaria.

Responsibility for the successful implementation of major projects Defining the project development strategy to achieve project objectives Leadership and coordination of the project team Main contact to the customer during the entire project phase Reasons for cost, risk and time control as well as responsibility for project reporting Creating and Establishing Scope, Change & Risk Management at All Levels in the Project Control of workflows and internal communication to ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project Ensure compliance with the required quality in the project (QM & QC) or EHS requirements Negotiations with customers and partners (suppliers)

Complete technical studies focusing on process engineering, biotechnology, plant or mechanical engineering and equivalent training Training in the field of project management and PM certification is advantageous Multiannual years of relevant experience in the implementation of EPCM/plant engineering projects from the process industry, preferably in the field of pharmaceuticals or chemical plants Funded technical and economic understanding of project processes and relationships Excellent communicative and organizational skills Embossed team orientation paired with commitment and hands-on mentality Joy in cooperation with different disciplines Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge is advantageous readiness to travel (mainly in Europe)
