Looking for an exciting way to start or advance your career as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d)? In this role, you are the heart of our production process and make sure everything runs smoothly. With technical precision and an eye for detail, you serve and monitor machines and plants, optimize workflows and ensure that high quality standards are complied with.

• You serve and monitor most modern machines and equipment in production.
• You carry out smaller maintenance and repair work independently.
• You control products and ensure quality.
• You opt for production processes and reduce downtime of the machines.
• You comply with safety regulations and operational requirements.

We are looking for

You're interested? Perfect! You will best suit us if you have already gained first practical experience or have training in a technical field. But don't worry, even cross-comers with technical understanding are welcome!

• You bring 0-3 years of experience in the field of machine and plant management (also welcome professional beginners!).
• You have a good technical understanding and a quick understanding.
• You're ready to work in shifts.
• Ideally, you have a driver's license and a car (no need).
• You work carefully and reliably and have a high sense of responsibility.
