Accounting of bank documents and settlement of accounts (debitors and creditors) Processing of all business incidents and payment transactions, including the monitoring and voting of payments Care and control of the open-post lists, execution of dunning and close cooperation with the specialist departments Compilation of monthly accounts and sales tax pre-registrations and economic evaluations (BWA) Optional: settlement of wage and salary accounting and creation of wage tax declarations (ideally with “Prodat/LohnAS”)

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Relevant experience in financial accounting and knowledge in the preparation of monthly accounts Experience in dealing with common accounting software solutions, ideally also in wage accounting (e.g. “LohnAS”) Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, for evaluating and analyzing numbers Independent, structured and conscientious functioning as well as team skills and communication strength
