Conception, installation, maintenance and protection of complex IT systems and peripherals Planning, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures (server, storage, network) Installation and removal of PC/server systems troubleshooting and repair or Exchange of hardware Administration of servers including virtualized environments Documentation of IT systems and fault analysis Implementation of network and security solutions (Firewall, VPN, access concepts) Administration and setup Microsoft 365 environments

completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration or Completed studies - Business informatics Experience as a system administrator absolutely necessary Experience with Microsoft based server and client operating systems as well as with Microsoft’s standard software products (365 apps, teams, Azure, etc.) Experience with Sophos products (Sophos Central, Sophos SFOS) You have fun handling and communication with people Your personal strengths include motivation/willingness to perform, organizational ability, independent work, desire and goal/result orientation, responsible, independent, structured, time- and solution-oriented work Class B licence required. Certifications are advantageous Funded technical understanding of IT infrastructures, ideally in the SME environment Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Structured, independent operation Sovereign and friendly appearance in direct customer contact
