Protective Security Manager (m/f/d)

Monitor and secure compliance with risk and security standards in the responsibility of Protective Security Conducting risk assessments and security surveys according to HSBC standards and local regulatory requirements Advising and supporting specialist areas in physical safety issues Cooperation with Facility Management, IT, Compliance and Cash Management Participation in contract management with external service providers Participation in the management and planning of security personnel Participation in the operation and planning of safety equipment (e.g. intrusion systems, access control systems, etc.) Participation in the management of access rights and access cards according to internal rules Participation in the management of surveillance cameras (CCTV) in accordance with internal rules and in coordination with the local data protection officer Developments of products and processes Accompanying projects to ensure appropriate security measures (e.g. new rentals, reconstructions, etc.) Optimizing workflows and streamlining of processes Support of events to ensure event security
