Your tasks:
- Pre- and post-processing and monitoring of cytostatic therapy concepts and supportive therapies in cooperation with other professional groups
- Collection of care needs based on the respective tumor entities/therapy schemes and their side effects potentials
- Monitoring IMC patients with monitoring
- Implementation and evaluation of care measures using oncological care standards
- Information, advice and guidance on oncological care problems
