Industrial masonry – Riesa (m/f/d)

Melting units, pans, distributors and warming furnaces operate at temperatures where normal masonry would disappear in minutes. What is in there is craft: refractory stones, exactly set, with joints in the millimeter range.

We are looking for reinforcement for our missions in the room Riesa.

Dresdner Schornstein- und Feuerfestbau GmbH, about 60 colleagues, has been owner-managed since 1990 with roots until 1958. We introduce industrial furnaces, refurbish industrial chores and work for well-known customers of the steel, metal, cement, chemical and energy industries.

THE MURVEY

• Walling and supplying of melting, warming and heat treatment units
• Set fireproof stones according to delivery plan — archworks, vaults, ring adjustments
• Breaking out and decontamination of worn supplies
• Processing of fire concretes, ramming masses, mortars and fibre materials
• Shawl and casting work for monolithic delivery
• Working with plant shutdowns when it comes to every hour
• Control your own work: joint image, layer thickness, bandage

• a completed training in the construction industry is ideal — as a mason (m/w/d), concrete and reinforced concrete builder (m/w/d), high-grade engineer (m/w/d), furnace and air heater (m/w/d) or fire and chimney builder (m/w/d)
• who comes from the mason's handicraft can easily be found with us: The principle is the same, the materials are other
• Experience in refractory construction is welcome, but no requirement
• Accuracy — for fireproof masonry, the joint decides on the service life
• physical loadability: The work is carried out on industrial plants under the influence of heat and dust; we provide complete protection equipment
• German knowledge for safe understanding in the plant
• Class B driving license
