Production Planning Administrator (m/f/d)

You take customer requirements and implement them in productive data center processes. You prepare productions in output management with the focus on printing and ensure a structured production process. You agree with the relevant internal and external areas and ensure targeted communication in the production environment. You optimise existing production processes and implement quality assurance measures. You take a variety of special tasks as part of your responsibility.

You have a completed vocational training in the IT field, for example as a specialist informant, or a comparable qualification. You have a good understanding of standardized processes and ideally bring first experiences in the optimization of existing work and production processes. You work carefully and quality consciously and have a good understanding of compliance with defined processes and quality standards Ideally, you have basic knowledge of SAP modules BW, FI, MM and HR. Knowledge in the area of SAP IS-U is also desirable. You are characterized by good organizational ability and high work efficiency by structuring tasks, setting priorities and continuously opting for work processes. You have a strong dialogue capability and customer orientation by looking at the needs of customers, communicating clearly and at any time offering solution-oriented advice. You communicate very clearly and convincingly, adapt your messages to your counterpart and thus promote an open and constructive exchange. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
