Location: Möckmühl | Scope: Full time | Team size: 17 employees Your responsibility – Here you can do what: Leadership & Empathy: You run a versatile team of around 17 employees from the fields of consulting, personal digital customer service and cash register. With your fine feeling for people you shape and motivate the team and create a modern, positive working atmosphere. Design with head: You do not manage the status quo. You have a real desire to strategically develop processes, services and the market position of the main site. Decide with abdominal feeling: you are the central clock generator and impulse generator for your main location. In a dynamic environment, you rely on your intuition and human knowledge. Sales strength in the group: As an experienced generalist, you control the interplay of investment, construction financing and the cooperative joint business. You control the sales success of the main office and inspire our customers at eye level. With this you will keep us: Your foundation: A well-founded banking training, ideally supplemented by a relevant study or further training (e.g. banker / business manager). Your experience: You bring practical know-how in the investment and construction finance business and ideally have successfully managed or developed larger teams.
