In our family housing groups, 6-7 children aged 4-11 years are currently cared for. We offer children a loving and accommodating home in which You are promoted individually in their development in the context of a binding and resource-oriented pedagogy. The multi-professional teams in our SOS Children's Village work in the 24-hour shift service model and are also supported by trainees (m/w/d) and interns (m/w/d). You accompany and promote children in their everyday lives and support them in their individual development. You create a loving, valuable and stable environment that gives children safety. You work closely with your team, exchange regularly and take responsibility for the joint design of everyday pedagogy. You bring your strengths and ideas into everyday life and actively contribute to the further development of our pedagogical concept. You cooperate with family of origin, schools, therapists and other specialist departments. You are conscientious about the protection of the children and the care of the children.

You have a qualification as an educator/healer education teacherin / childhood educationin / social education*in or a comparable educational qualification and bring as much professional experience as possible. You are a dedicated team-capable personality with the willingness to take responsibility. You enjoy challenges, organisational activities, solution-oriented thinking and action. You have a healthy level of loadability, readiness and self-reflection. An appreciative and respectful attitude in dealing with the opposite is obvious to you. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional. You have a class B licence.
