Support of the works council, committees and working groups Coordination of operational proposal Organisation and preparation of internal events (including business meetings, meetings, meetings) Minutes of meetings and meetings Preparation of presentations for various internal events Planning and organisation of seminars and business trips Organisation of employee events (e.g. sports events, employee celebrations) Care of the Intranet appearance of the Works Council, as well as the content care of digital black boards Procurement of working clothing This place is to be occupied in parttime (28h/week).

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. Including professional experience in assistance or in the secretariat Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of SAP R3 Very high level of loyalty and discretion Reliable and structured mode of operation combined with pronounced communication skills and friendly appearance
