Our team carries the governance for all quality and environmental management tasks in the After Sales TE/CS and is therefore central to all processes. We centrally coordinate the requirements for operational and administrative warehouse logistics. As part of our governance, we are also responsible for compliance with environmental regulations, as well as the quality assurance of our porducts in after sales. Maintenance and updating of chemical data (security data sheets, CLP classifications) in ERP systems. Support in the monitoring of storage and transport regulations (ADR, IMDG), guidance of hazardous substances according to TRGS 400 and ensuring compliance with current GHS markings Interface between purchasing, production, logistics and suppliers for the clarification of hazardous substances and hazardous materials Classification of products for transport (ADR, RID, IMDG, IATA), Ensuring CLP marking (travel pictograms, H & P sets) Installation and maintenance of hazardous material and hazardous material data in ERP systems Creation and updating of the dangerous substance register according to § 6 GefStoffV (name, characteristics, quantities, storage locations) Ensure the legal requirements in the aftersales from REACh and the labelling obligation according to CLP regulation Determination and licensing of all packaging quantities (sales, transfer and shipping packaging) in dual systems, as well as regular data messages to LUCID and dual systems Implementation of the manufacturer registration at the stiftung ear and monthly notification of the quantities placed on the market according to § 10 ElektroG Regular reporting of the quantities of batteries placed on the market (device, industrial, vehicle batteries) to the system or the competent authorities

That's why you fit us Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, Engineering or Comparative Qualification Funded knowledge in hazardous materials law (GefStoffV, REACH, GHS/CLP) and in hazardous goods law (in particular ADR) Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP EHS. Good understanding of the current environmental law, regulations, directives and relevant environmental standards and their application and implementation in an organisation Process-oriented work, holistic thinking and action as well as pronounced team and communication skills Passion for sustainability and environmental issues and the constant curiosity to be up-to-date in this respect to develop your own ideas for improvement experience in project work; first experience in project management is desirable Knowledge of English in Word and Writing (min. B2.2) for cooperation with members of the Group In addition, you have enforcing skills, conceptual and communicative skills, as well as a creative and structured way of working, high self-initiative and success orientation, as well as an independent and targeted way of working.
