You are in service for all people who rely on our local transport offer. You tax our modern vehicles and bring our passengers to work, school, cinema, sports, greenery, shopping, friends...

For our passengers, you are the face of the ÜSTRA and are available for questions about the ticket, fares, routes and connections.

You will receive training for our vehicles, routes and tariff systems. Within the first months of your employment, you will be trained by our experienced professionals and will be continuously trained in the future.

You have a completed vocational training as possible and, ideally, you have already gained professional experience in dealing with customers and/or in the technical environment. You have the pleasure of dealing with people, you are communicative and you can inspire to be service-oriented for our passengers. You draw your attention through your friendly and balanced personality and keep an overview even in difficult situations. You are at least 21 years old, longer than 2 years in possession of the class B driving licence (duration passed) and your police certificate has no entries.
