You are responsible for controlling real estate services You are responsible for testing and documenting the exteriors of our residential quarters and producing documents and photographs You test lawn and woodland areas, check tree holdings and fixed area in the outdoor facilities and process deficiencies You act as an interface between our internal and external contacts You are on your own in the Frankfurt area and are planning your tours to the residential quarters (pool vehicle is set up)

You are in your studies and are currently immatriculated (e.g. in the real estate or agricultural sector) Optimumly, you already had first points of contact with these activities You convince with a pronounced concept of service and a very good organizational talent You are versed in dealing with common office applications You own a class B license
